GO is the decision to stop waiting and start moving. The V16 Pillars provide the principles that help you continue moving forward with confidence, purpose, and direction. Together, they transform a single decision into a lifelong journey of growth.
America has a massive gap: millions of young adults finish high school without knowing what to do next. Should they go to college? Join the military? Learn a trade? Start a business? Get a job? Most don’t have the identity, confidence, or practical life skills to make those decisions well — and they end up coasting, delaying, or choosing blindly.
Another gap concerns adults rebuilding after setbacks, including individuals reentering society who need a fresh start, a stable identity, practical skills, and a clear path toward employment, entrepreneurship, or personal stability.
V16 Academy fills the gap. We are a short‑term, 16–20 week transformation and direction‑building academy — not a charter school, not a long-term academic institution, and not a four-year program. We help adults build identity, direction, and momentum so they can choose the right path with clarity and confidence.

The GO Movement is supported by V16 Academy, where our Pathways culminate in the V16 Diploma in Strategic Decision Making through specialized learning experiences. Most Pathways can be completed within 16 to 20 weeks.

Whether you're graduating from high school, entering college, starting a career, or simply wondering what's next, V16 Academy provides practical tools, mentors, and a proven framework to help you make confident decisions, discover your strengths, and build a meaningful future.
Next Chapter Pathway
Life doesn't end because one chapter was difficult. The Next Chapter Pathway is designed for adults who are rebuilding after setbacks, career changes, divorce, financial hardship, incarceration, addiction recovery, military transition, or other major life events. Everyone deserves the opportunity to write a better next chapter.
